What other limitations prevent a worker from being eligible to receive disability benefits?

- The worker may be ineligible to receive disability benefits if they receive other benefits under any other temporary disability law, or disease, Social Security due to disability, work accident compensation, or veteran’s pension benefits.
- If you receive income from the employer for sick leave, vacation, holidays, maternity, voluntary payment, etc.
