Can I change my beneficiaries?

The designated beneficiary may be changed at any time while your policy is in force. In fact, we recommend this designation be reviewed so that it can be periodically updated. You must complete the form POS-0394-50 (R-0913) and deliver it to any of our district offices, at the Central Office, or Service Centers. You can also send it via mail to our address.
