Can workers who become disabled while receiving unemployment insurance claim SINOT benefits?
Yes. During the period in which you are disabled, you will have to discontinue the unemployment insurance claim. The worker may not receive both benefits at the same time. When recovering from the disability, they may renew the unemployment insurance claim.
