What is the process to request a fund withdrawal?
“An original letter or application signed by the annuitant is required. In case of regular IRA accounts, in which the purpose of the withdrawal is one of the following:
1) Children’s college tuition
2) Retirement
3) Death
4) Purchase of first residence
5) Disability
6) Purchase of a computer”
